My apologies for the long title.
When charging tax on shipping we need to make sure that it is only charging the tax on the shipping if there is an item in the cart that is taxable based on the shipping address. The tax on the shipping with be the same percentage as the item for the location.
We have tried searching through the settings, but we're not having much success.
