How to skip order steps (payment address, shipping address, etc.) and use only Checkout attributes?

Hello.

I want to use only Checkout attributes for placing orders.

So my clients will not have to register. I will allow guests to place order (in admin).

I want to create Checkout attributes fields like: Name, Phone Number, E-mail and City. So, when a client fills the fields and clicks Order, it has to say on next page "Your request is sent, we will contact you very soon."

So, is it possible to skip those Checkout steps and show some specific page?

It's not directly possible, need some customization.
