NOP 3.9 Message Template(Email Template) Issue

I am not able to the See the HTML Editor for the Message Template, After Uploaded on the Godaddy hosting.

It is available to my development machine.

Both are Same NopCommerce 3.9. I did uploaded the same on Godaddy.

In nopCommerce 3.90 there is a new setting that enables / disables the rich editor for the message templates. Please search for the adminareasettings.usericheditorinmessagetemplates setting in All Settings and make sure it is set to True.

Hell the setting "adminareasettings.usericheditorinmessagetemplates" was default false and i did change it to true an that worked for me.
