Discount with coupon code doesn't update

Hi, I'm trying to use a coupon code with category discount, but cart amount doesn't refresh.
What I do is to apply a coupon code yhat uses specified ctegorie, to the cart with valid products, but amount doesn't update. To update I need to flush manually the cache and reload the page. The same if I remove the code.
How can I solve the problem?
