Currency converter not working or updating

Good day

I've implemented and used auto update and retrieval of live currency rates, using the "ECB exchange rate provider", however, the currencies are not being automatically updated.

I have to manually go and update the currencies whenever necessary. As one can imagine, this could drastically alter some rates and amounts being charged to clients, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm surprised no one replied.
This is very important.

Which version are you using?

Also, check error logs in the admin panel.
