Nop 4.0 Publishing folder does not contain bin

Hi,

I tried to publish Nop 4.0.

Published files are generated in \bin\Release\PublishOutput. But bin folder is not created, Nop.web bin folder files are created in "PublishOutput" folder along with App_Data, Areas, logs,  etc  folders.

My doubt is, is it right ?  and  why bin folder is not there in published folder.
