paypal standard version 4.0

Hi All,
This is the first time i'm trying to use the paypal standard plugin that comes default. I did all the steps that's in the configuration and have the PDT Identity Token plugged in but it's not even showing up at the checkout page?

note- I already have a different plugin but it's nice to have a paypal option too.

If paypal standard plugin not showing in checkout page payment method page then you have to go here And make sure payment method is active

It has been active but still wasn't showing up.

You are checking in local or in server?

If in server then can you share have admin access ? So we can check

note- The reason it wasn't showing up was i had accidentally restricted the countries under payment restriction for paypal standard.
