Hello,

How will the customer's data be deleted or anonymized if the customer wants to delete it?
Now only delete on "True" in the customer table.
All data of the customer registration and addresses still available.

Best regards

It will be great if anyone from NOP TEAM can confirm this.

When GDPR is enabled, then a store owner can see two "Delete" buttons in admin area. There will be a "GDPR" dropdownlist on the customer details page. You need "Permanent delete (GDPR)" button. It'll delete all customer data (not just set "Deleted" checkbox to "true")

Hello Andrei,

Thanks for the answer.
The data in the Coustomer table is deleted but not the data in the address table.

All data must be deleted or anonymized.

Best regards.

If the customer data is required for claims, i.e. address data on the order, it is not possible to delete them. But I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not sure if I'm right.

Best,
Patryk

my test customer had no orders. Test customer only registered.

When the job is completed, all data must be deleted on request. Only data for accounting.
But nopCommerce is not an accounting.
