Unable to see any add Category page 's controls

I am using 1.60 nopCommerce version. Unable to see any add Category  page 's controls.
Also same problem with My Account page too. there is not error but you just can not see any textbox and label controls. it is just blank!

Same problem even if you try to edit the original categories!

1) when you installed nopCommerce project - was it a successful install ?

2) Did you try to make any change/modifications in the original code ?
