Venture Theme Help

I've installed the Venture theme for my store running nopCommerce 3.9, and am having trouble getting some, if not all of the theme plugins to work. By this I mean that they aren't doing anything regardless if I enable them or not.

I seem to only have problems on my Windows server box, but no issues installing anywhere else so I'm wondering if it may be permission related, although I really don't know at this point. I haven't found any similar issues online so that is why I am posting this here.

For vendor specific themes, you should directly contact the vendor, as they know better about their themes.

For Venture theme, you should direct contact Nop-Templates.
