Vendor name in template

Does there exist a variable to allow the vendor name to be included in a message template?

%Order.VendorName% ?

No, only the tokens as shown when you click 'Show' next to "Allowed message tokens".

An Order does not have a Vendor.  Products have a Vendor.  An Order can contain products from multiple vendors.  NopCommerce will send separate vendor emails based on the product's vendor.

Makes sense, but if the order is being sent to a vendor, then shouldn't it be a token in that case?

Thought it would be useful when dealing with many Vendors but not an urgent requirement.

Why?  Each will get their own email if the order contains products from multiple vendors.

I am in dire need of vendor name, vendor address and vendor contact number in OrderPlaced.VendorNotification and OrderPaid.VendorNotification in the message templates. Is it possible to do so? Any suggested customization will be appreciated.

Yes you can make a plugin that has a custom message template and tokens for any data that is not currently available in any message template.
