my site down saving always every 10 minutes

hello all

my site when have data entry new products or anything new data entry every 10 minutes when i click save then see the data saved or not , found it not , then clear cache at it worked
first it was every 1 hour then have less and less

now every 10 minutes

what is the problem of that bug , consider that no customization happened , and nop 4.10

products around 680 product

and customers around 400

after investigation  i found that happen only with the second language only and no error log
hope to find a solve

Just enable stdoutLogEnabled="true" in web.config file. Restart your site and check error log under logs folder.
You can find exactly error log in logs folder.

This is SQL logs.
Delete all log files and check latest log when your site down.

I do that and dropdown of no save now happen every 30 min
Before was every 10 min
