How or where to change the text in new customer registration area.
The old text is as the following:

Welcome Please sign in:

New Customer
By creating an account at nopCommerce you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. "

In admin section, go to Content Management --> Localization.
Select english from dropdown.
Find "Login.NewCustomerText" and you can edit it.
