expanding cart height

Is there any way I can edit the site so that the footer drops lower on the page as more items are put into the cart?

The footer should automatically move down the page as more items get added. Its part of the CSS - do you have an example of where its not doing it properly?

Good to know. Thought I did some heavy customization of the skin for the site, and most likely broke that.  Where should I look to ensure that the footer is auto-expanding? Thanks!
