Question about ProductAttributes.ascx

There is a ProductAttributes.ascx server control in both the frontend under modules and in administration under modules. After doing a code change in the ProductAttributes.ascs.cs file in the frontend, I realized that this same module is being called in the administration backend as well. When is the ProductAttributes control under administration being used?

It’s used in ProductAttributes.aspx.

Go to  ~/Administration/ProductAttributes.aspx and you will see what it does.

Most pages (.aspx) in NopCommerce are “blank”. They use .ascx to show its content.
