Language XML upload error. (1.80)

Hello all.

I have an error trying to upload a language pack XML file.
I spent 2 days to translate it and when i uploaded it, i got the following error:

System.Data.EntityCommandExecutionException: An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The query has been canceled because the estimated cost of this query (448) exceeds the configured threshold of 300. Contact the system administrator.

Also when i have only one LocalResource element i have the same error.

Can someone give me a sugestion how to upload that XML or maybe an SQL file to run it on the server?
