I would like to have a product added automatically as a gratitude gift to all cart totals of 300 euros or more. Not sure on how to do that as atm i can only see % and specific amount deducted and I want to have a complimentary item added automatically.
Default nopCommerce does not have this feature. You need to customize for that. However you can search for Buy X Get Y Free like plugins in marketplace which may partially help you.
