I am running Visual Web Developer 2008 Express and upgraded to Visual Studio Pro, but still don't get .SQL files to "run" or "run on" option in right click menu. Can't find a database folder. Am also running SQL Server 2008... and can connect to master DB.
Can "Add" database to App-Data folder but still can't run scripts. How do I associate ".sql" files or change settings to enable this procedure call?

You should execute these using SQL Server Management studio. Or better yet, just run /install/install.aspx and let the wizard take care of the database creation/setup
