How to skip the Shipping,Billing Address verification during checkout

Hi,

Could anyone help me in understanding how to skip the Shipping and Billing Address verification during checkout. My store will have only software which could be downloaded directly after payment. Hence i dont want to put Addresses filling while checkout.
