paypal direct currency problem

hi i need some help
my primery currency is dfined as israeil shekel ILS
but i am getting the folowing messege

LongMessage: This transaction cannot be processed due to an unsupported currency. ShortMessage: Unsupported Currency. ErrorCode: 10755

it happend also when i used USD.

i talked with paypal ppl and i got this messge :

To further troubleshoot this please reply to this ticket with the Full API response received and the API request youa re sending minus any password/credit card numbers and I will review it further.

1. how can i solve it ?
2. where can i find the Full API response received and the API request?
