Website logo and some product images keep disappearing

Hello everyone;

I would really appreciate your help with an annoying problem I'm experiencing for my client's website.

The company logo and some product images for my client's website located at https://www.cafeagga.com keep disappearing!!

Every day, the logo, as well as some product pictures, keep disappearing from the public website even though I can see them in the nopCommerce admin module under the SmartTheme settings and under the products.

I run 2 stores using the same database:
1. Cafe AGGA is the main store (https://www.cafeagga.com)
2. Cafe Spalanzani is the other store (https://www.cafespalanzani.com)

The only way to fix the problem is by clearing the nopCommerce cache. Once I do this, the logo is restored in the public website. However, this solution is only temporary as the logo always disappears soon after.

Here's what's happening...

The image URL (path) for the logo is constantly changing to an invalid URL:
https://www.spalanzani.cafeagga.com/images/thumbs/0001922.png (wrong!)

Once I clear the cache, the logo URL (path) returns to its normal self:
https://www.cafeagga.com/images/thumbs/0001922.png

Why is the image path constantly getting changed? Do you think there's a caching issue with the theme template I'm using or the nopCommerce platform?

Hi,

Not sure what is the cause of the problem, but you can change the setting of MediaSettings.UseAbsoluteImagePath to false. Pls share if this fixes the issue or not.

I am having the same problem. The images I've uploaded (main logo, etc.), appear in the database but are not displayed on the public website. They do, however, appear in the appropriate admin section.

I have also changes absolute path to false, cleared the cache and restarted the application, with no change. Also, it doesn't make a difference what browser I use, the images are showing up on the website.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if possible share the website URL with images URLs.
