We would like to re distribute nopCommerce by using our company name. I think this could be done using 'Copyright notice removal' license.

We would like to add few new features or modify the code as per client requirement. I would like to know that what sort of terms and conditions are there by nopCommerce in order to do this?

Can anyone please help?
