Customer Attributes - Where???

Hi,

I recently noticed the tables CustomerAttribute and CustomerAttributeValue in nop database (version 4.20), but I cannot find any point in the admin backend where this is used or can be configured. I may be blind - so please can anybody tell me where I can find it?! Thanks

Admin > Customer Settings >> Custom customer attributes (section)
