Google Checkout Shipping?.

Hello,

Google Checkout does not calculate shipping. What would be the best way to extend the nopCommerce Shopping Cart to calculate shipping and have the user select a shipping option before showing the Google Checkout link image? Once the Google Checkout link is clicked, include the user selected shipping charges in the cart XML for Google Checkout to display in the order.

We run a store using the foxnetsoft plugin. For orders over the value for free shipping it processes the transaction on the first attempt, however if it is below free shipping after the customer has checked out it redirect the user back to the shopping cart with the shipping added and informs the customer with shipping the new total is "x" and to continue again with the shipping included if they are happy to do so.
It works well and represents a high percentage of our PayPal transactions once you have enter the correct language variable.
