No list showing in Admin Panel

No list is showing up in admin panel of my store be it categories, manufacturer, customer, products, plugins etc.
Search button and list refresh button are not working as well.
I am using default theme. Have hosted on azure web app and blob storage is used.
These things are showing up in public store but just not in admin panel. I am not much into coding. Any help will be appreciated.

Did you make any chages ?
Are there any errors in the log
Are there any script errors in the browser ?

There were no errors or so. App was working fine.
Now i redeployed/sync my app from git source and now it's working, just some default plugins were added. So it's fine now.
