Hello Friends,
I tried installing new plugin but insttals nothing in the devlop version of nopcommerce

Are you creating a plugin ?
or is  it from another developer ?
Did you install manually and copy the plugin into directory
Or run the Install New Themes and Plugins in Configuration?

Does the Supported version in the plugins.json file match the nopComemrce version ?
Any errors in the log ?
