Admin Sidebar Search Form Error

Hi.
In admin area, when we come over the sidebar, it expands automatically.
However, if we want to use the search section after expanding, an image appears as seen below.
(The image is taken from the nopcommerce demo.)

It works fine for me. Please try to reset your browser cache (CTRL+F5)
