invoice payment method

does anyone have an invoice payment method setup?

I'd like to be able to email the customers a bill and also for it to support recurring invoices ('payments').

I don't want it working with any 3rd party payment gateway, just a way to have the site automatically queue up orders on a monthly basis, and let me worry about marking them as paid.
