Upgrade from Version 2.50 to 4.50.3

I want to upgrade NOP version 2.50 to 4.50.3
I will run SQL scripts for each subsequent version from 2.50 -> 2.60 -> ....-3.90->4.00, 4.00->4.10, 4.10->4.20, 4.20->4.3

A) Now i can run only nopC 4.50 Install
B) Or i need before to run and install version each version like sql scripts.

Is there any other easy way to upgrade?
