Where is the IDbContext class in version 4.60.2 and I have to implement in plugin?

I have created a new plugin in that data folder i have taken the class TrackingRecordObjectContext : DbContext, IDbContext here "IDbContext" i have to implement a interface to it but iam not getting that interface.can anyone please help me if interface was not there how to write it and where i have to place it?
