Wrong version in nopCommerce 4.60 .csproj files

Hello Andrei,

I am not sure if this needs to be reported under bug but I couldn't find more suitable forum topic. The version property under the Property Group in all csproj files is still <Version>4.5.0.0</Version> instead of current nopCommerce version in nopCommerce 4.60 projects including the latest released version of nopCommerce.

Was this intentional or not needed?
