Please try using the "Test" button on the email configuration page, to see if you get any error.

I tried it, it sent a test mail. The error persists in the log

If you are getting message ...  adresi: "https://iskateknoloji.com/scheduletask/runtask", then you are not "testing" the email.   Go to the admin Email Accounts page, Edit the default email account, check your settings, and then use the Send Test Email button at the bottom of the page.
