Calculation of area square meters according to product dimensions

I need a plugin that will allow me to sell products in m² only. Can you help me?

1. For example: Width 56cm*185cm Height = 1,036m² * Product Price $15 + Variants $3
Product Price $15+ Variants $3 = $18*1.036 = Final Price $18.6148


2. For example: Width 50cm*150cm Height = 0.75m²(0.75>1m² will be rounded * Product Price 15$ + Variants 3$
Product Price $15+ Variants $3 = $18*0.75 = Final Price will be $18.
