urgent plugins error stoped my site

Hello everyone.
I bought theme with plugins and every time i restart nop or iis ,I got this error and web site stoped
and when I remove plugins working good
anyone can help me
provider every time upload plugins again and work well by after restart we face same issue
this is browser error

Is the Theme and Pluings version compatible with the nopCommerce version ?
If so Contact the Theme / Plugin developer for support

yes same version
but contact with developer every time restart nop commerce it is a crazy task
