Tiny Editor , Image upload issue

nopcommerce 4.60.
I can not upload any image or media using Roxy Filemen .. I can select image , but nothing uploads.
any suggestion how to fix this issue.

Do you see uploaded pictures in /wwwroot/images/uploaded/ directory?

I checked the location and no Image / Media was uploaded to the location.

I can upload images to uploaded folder using FTP and in Tiny editor use URL to the image in order to show on the page. however, those images dose not show up in Roxy File manager .
using Roxy file manager to upload images  , i get no error indicating issues, upload shows 100% but nothing in the folder ..

Do you see any errors in admin area > system > log (after tryign to upload a picture)?

Sorry for delay.
I tried with clean log , I get no Error in Log . File and Media uploads  to the server , but dose not show on the file manager, however, Image(s) is not uploading at all , even it shows 100% success.

Hi. I couldn't reproduce the issue. In 4.60 everything works fine.
