Description

Create new custom shipping method options and fees using rules (customer's address, customer role, warehouse, date of order, order amount, order subtotal and weight, date and time, coupon codes and discounts , checkout attributes and product specifications, etc.).
Example.

1. FreeShipping customers from the USA and state NY if customer has order with amount 100$ or more.
2. Fixed fees for customers from the USA and order amount 100$ or more

It doesnt get more efficient than this.

I've been doing shipping tables for 20 years now and it's NEVER been easier or more logical or efficient than this. Once you work out the best logic, it can’t be more efficient.

I used restrictions to make shipping bands for groups of most important countries using country iso code IN. After handling each band then made a NOT IN rule for the rest. I am in heaven. No more fear updating the shipping tables.
