2.2 onepagecheckout.js wrong syntax

IE fails to load onepagecheckout.js script due to supplemental comma in lines 146, 207, 269, 331, 376, 420.

IE8. There are no problems in chrome.

And BRAVO for this fabulous product and your permanent efforts to develop it.
