How to Modiy the left navigation in nop 2.3

Hi all,

     I have modified the  left navigation in nop2.1, based on the url:

https://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/12082/adding-flyouts-expanding-menus-to-navigation-in-21.aspx

     But not succeed in nop2.3
