I'm actually thinking about doing the same thing.  I'm starting a nopcommerce theme website.  While I was working on it last weekend (three day holiday here in the States - whooohooo!) I didn't see a whole lot of websites saying "host your nopCommerce site here".  Maybe I wasn't searching that hard but I figured I could sell nopCommerce hosted sites.  A lot of people are probably scared away by all of the technical mumbo jumbo - like domain names, setting up an ssl and the whole installation process.  So I am looking at creating a 'product' that is a nopcommerce hosted website.  So that's where I headed - charge a flat yearly fee maybe throw in a free theme.
