E mail message, some sent others are stuck in the ???

I have checked that all the message templates are active and they are, the e mail is configured ok as some of the messages, new order, customers registering are being sent correctly, but cancelled order, password unlocks and a few other messages are simply stuck in the queue, any one got any idea's why this could be happening???

Ok, scratch that, it was a local host Server setting issue.
