Froogle : FTP upload fails with a 550 error

Hello,
I'd like to upload an XML file to Google Shopping / Froogle from Nop.
My FTP account is OK (checked with Filezilla).
But I get the following error:
The remote server returned an error: (550) File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access).
