not working in IIS

Hi everyone..
I've modified some code and its working perfectly on production machine....
But ...problem is that...when i trying to run on IIS its throw some error...

Some pages are working correctly but some pages are throwing error in IIS....

But all pages are working correctly in production machine....running through visual studio 2010...
