some of my other sites seem to be using iis compression for static files (css, js, etc) but these files in my nopcommerce 2.1 site dont seem to be using compression. I've tried tuning settings but still no luck. Has anyone found an issue with this, and perhaps found a resolution?
after fiddling around with it, and deleting the temporary files folder for the site, the iis compression seemed to finally take hold and recreated the folders, and is now serving the files compressed. no idea what was wrong with it, but is working now.
