is it possible to localize the admin area?
I've been read there was problem with MVC Telerik controls. Is that resolved?

All the Telerik controls in only in english format like the calendars and the date/time values is in english format too.
I'm using 2.1 version of NopCommerce.

It's globalization (not localization). But right, currently culture of admin area should be 'en-US'
