How to move pictures from database to harddisk?

I have more than 1.8K products in my store(Nop 1.90), the pictures are stored in database.
Now I would like to move the whole pictures to harddisk and keep the products still there.
What can I do?

Log into Admin

Configuration -> Settings -> Media -> Pictures are stored into...

Back up your DB first.
