Anybody have a good hosting company for the $20/month range that is similar to Arvixe but with customer service?  Looking for 500mb of allocated memory, and large disk space allowed.

You can take a look for asphostportal.com for US provider or hostforlife.eu if you need europe server. Other provider is discountasp but they are quite expensive.
