Theme control overriding problem

Hi all,

I have the following problem.

Our nopCommerce 2.3 can't see (or ignores) this file:
/Themes/<Theme name>/Views/Shared/Header.cshtml

It uses the main file instead:
/Views/Shared/Header.cshtml

Though files /Themes/<Theme name>/Views/Shared/Head.cshtml and /Themes/<Theme name>/Views/Home/Index.cshtml are working correctly, overriding skin file and homepage layout.

Is anyone know what could be the reason?
