Nop.Core.Events Events does not exist in Nop.Core. Are you missing an assembly reference

Do these events exist in nopCommerce 2.1:

IConsumer<EntityUpdated<Order>>

EntityUpdated<Order>

If so, where are they? If not, what else can I use instead?

Hi,

I used the source from nopCommerce 2.3 and I took the Nop.Core.Events folder from there.
