New question about email accounts of message templates in 2.40

I got a problem like this:
No matter what email accounts I select in "Message Templates" setting page, all the emails are sent by the first order email account in the "Email Account" setting page(no matter whether it's default one or not), not sent by the one I select in "Message Templates" setting page.  I do not still solve this problem.
Could you please tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Just restart the application.

It should work fine. Try debugging it - \Libraries\Nop.Services\Messages\QueuedMessagesSendTask.cs file
