meta strange result

Hi
I try to insert into seo description of product, but the same problem is present in the seo genaral configuration,
the value :  tè    

The result of page is:

<meta name="description" content="t&#232" />

i think that is a problem.

"tè" is different of t&#232.

But the problem is the same.

If i set true or false : Convert non-western chars,

the result is always : <meta name="description" content="t&#232;    

i don't kwnow.
